Local authorities are present in the FBO from 1200Z – 0330Z. Every passenger and crew must to go through local immigration and customs process, this includes fuel and tech stops. 

To expedite the disembarkation and immigration process, you can access to Aruba’s immigration card through the link https://edcardaruba.aw/ , Please fill out this card and present a print copy upon arrival.

Yellow fever vaccine is required for some countries, please verify attached document for complete list of countries and exceptions.

OVERFLIGHT PERMIT FOR CURACAO AIR SPACE

When operating into Aruba TNCF FIR requires the aircraft operator or pilot to pay air navigation fees prior to entering the airspace.

The Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider (DC ANSP), has a website which allows the aircraft operator / pilot to pay for the navigation fees.
See guideline on how to create and account and be aware of the following

  • Aircraft operator or pilot has to ensure that DC- ANSP account is up to date and has enough funds to enter into Curacao Airspace.

  • Verify your account before filling your flight plan to prevent rejection of flight plan.
